Hello, I have some oil problems in my rb25det neo, Im going to block one oil feed and a 1.1mm in the other.
My problem is that there is already 2x 1.5mm restrictors fittet,
How far down can you knock down the factory 2mm and the 1.5mm? Or do i need to remove the 1.5mm? :)

Have you read your OP? It is totally inconsistent. It talks about 2x1.5mm and then it talks about there being 1x1.5 and 1x2mm. Didn't sound like you knew what was going on.

On top of that, do you understand that a 1.5mm restrictor upstream of a 1.1mm restrictor is going to mean that the total restriction is going to be tighter than a 1.1mm restrictor on its own?

I don't know for sure but seeing how short they are I would think you could get three in the hole no problem, Get a drift and tap the existing ones down to make room for the new one so you don't have to hit it too hard potentially closing up the restrictor.

There is heaps of room to tap down restrictors and add other smaller (but not larger) ones.

If going larger you need to remove the smaller one in there, i use a self tapping screw run into the hole of the old one and use a old shifter to tap it out.

If the block is stripped i always remove them no matter what as dirt can get caught under them, very important to do so when dealing with spun bearing engines so you can get the rifle cleaner rods inside for scrubbing.

Fuel pump? You mean oil pump, yes? Yes of course there's a check valve in the oil pump, but that doesn't stop oil falling out of the head feed galleries.

But you're talking about a Neo head now anyway, so you don't need to pump up lifters quickly, so a 1 second wait for oil pressure won't be killing you, surely.
