COMES WITH NEW SEAT RAILS (MIGHT NEED SLIGHT ADJUSTMENT TO FIT CAR)
Famous last words INASNT, I wondered how long it would take for you to find out the awful truth...

Sparco ones cost ¥28,000 for an R33/Evo 2 for the "low" version...

When they come here I am considering going off to a metal workshop type place to get

copies made up...

p.s. The Evo2 is meant for those of us more gifted in the ass department (__|__)

p.p.s. I always read INASNT as INSANiTy... LOL now I get it...

yeah, its always a bitch.. seat rails. You'd think it would be easy.. but nope..

i have a set of R33 seats at home which i thought i may as well try and fit in my r31.. no ****ing chance! even though I pretty much pulled the whole rail structure off each and had them side by side there was no way it was going to fit the other seats... even with simple adaptions it wasn't workable.

Then custom fabrication kicks in.. may as well just just spend $800 and retrim the existing ones

haha

The r33 has a farked up floor plan near the seats which makes it harder than most to get rails to fit properly as i was told was a few places i have rang and after pulling out the seats. My seats have gone in mr2, wrx's, 240z etc without any hassels with the new rails because they have a flat floor plan!!! And once i sort out the rail issue i can also for anyone that wants a pair of seats for an r33.

Geoff my rather gifted ass fits in quite easily!!! :)

I have universal Momo rails, its as easy as welding some tabs onto them.... then a touch up with gloss black paint.

When welding though i would make sure its a neat fillet weld (preferably TIG) , using some flat bar, (i think it was 40 x 5mm) you would hate to have a big'n and the seat mount shear!
