You should be using 65mm bov

What makes you say that ? I know a couple of cars running 450-500kw that a 50 mm has done more then enough

Only cause ive never heard of bov being determine bu size, wategates yes, but not bov, but get a 65mm just to be safe

Thanks for advice on tials website there 50mm bov supports up to 1800hp apparently im only around the 600-700 mark on high boost so hopefully won't be a problem intercooler piping is getting the bov and air temp sensor welded in atm so no turning back now haha

Make sure I plumb it back as in recirculating ? Always only had them venting to atmosphere what benefit would there be plumbing it back in before turbo?

What benefit is it to vent?

Recirc is legal and not gay.
