recruiter contacts me about a casual job in Benalla... asks me how much I charge hourly rate, so i try to be reasonable, take into account accommodation etc. give them a figure I thought was reasonable.

next day ad is on seek with an hourly rate same as working at a mine in WA (30% higher than i quoted). wtf. money to burn or convinced it was a reasonable figure?

and its for casual staff only (TFN) no ABNs allowed.
