Need to paint the D1Rs black so no one can see them properly.
Theres that falcon on bags that was wrapped like an aqua green colour... White D1Rs spoiled it.
I also thought 18's were too small for gloria, but reducing tyre width made heaps of difference. Also good luck try to sell wheels without tyres. People too tight assed about it. Its like rego and selling cars.

True, they only Achilles but still pretty new / decent enough for now.

Dunno, some kid is keen af for the BBS's trying to get money together, maybe this will make it affordable :P

Also birds those were Stance SC5's or what ever :P

Here you go same car with your favourites

HR rarely stuff up any annual leave / salary calculation. It's probably covered in some fine print in the contract.

I'd say the opposite, unless you work for a big corporation.

I deal with many errors on a regular basis.

Most HR or book keepers have no idea of the tax law and Fair work entitlements in regards to staff entitlements

Transaction errors perhaps but I've found contractual calculations are usually accurate to the decimal point as they had to go thru approvals/legal/payroll etc

It's a minor error, but it's still there...

Standard working hours at that place used to be 9-5 with a 30 min unpaid lunchbreak, so a 7.5h/day = 37.5h week. Thus 20 days of Annual Leave would accrue at  (20d x 7.5h) / 52w = 2.88h/week

When workplace agreements were the thing to do (8 years ago) they drafted one up and change it to be a 38h week and made everyone work an extra 30 minutes on Wednesday evenings.

So since that time, the hours were 38/h week, which should have accrued at (20d x 7.6h) / 52w = 2.92h/week... but just looked at the payslips and although our hours were changed to 38, it was still accruing at the 37.5 rate. (They forgot to update it in MYOB 8 years ago)

Only noticed because in July this year they changed to Xero and I just spotted that the number is different to what it normally was.

So technically, they've shortchanged everyone... only a little bit of time per week... but for someone like me who has worked there for the entire 8 year period it adds up to about $700. (There are a few other staff that it would apply to as well, some at a higher hourly rate than I was on)

Same thing with accruing Sick Leave, but thats a moot point now.

Also, I had 5.5 hours of Time in Lieu which was "earnt" by getting up at 1am a few months back and fixing a major IT crisis as it unfolded... That didn't get paid out in my final pay, not sure of the legislation around that, can't find anything in the work place agreement so it should fall back to National Standards.

Leroy how much you pay to enter?

$25 to spectate.

it sounded like it would be fun to watch. uleh's and old men getting competitive and racing each other for money. good to see some fast cars, but also cars break and maybe a punch-on. looks like its 1/8th mile (not sure if good thing?) and no timeslips, good ol' lights win.

and I think up to 200 people are allowed to spectate from the start line which is kind of cool.

Going to casually mention it to them if I do happen get called in over the next few weeks to help fixing their phone system which is currently broken... If I bring it up myself, I doubt I'll get called in if they think I'm just money grabbing

subtle salary suggestion there Simon

I assume they treated you well and leaving on good terms to not mention the variance

Otherwise why would you forgo the money with just a hey your calcs are wrong m8

subtle salary suggestion there Simon

Shit you'd be doing well to calculate his salary from that info, particularly given the payrises/promotions over an 8 year period

Easy

Annual leave is paid at the current hourly rate, you dont need to know his payrate during the 8 year period only the end

Yes I had 100 hours TIL and got paid out at last place, you should be able to fight it but for 5.5 hours probably not worth it
