Are these dream boats Australian? If so consumer law and social media are on your side

It's out of warranty so they can probably charge me whatever it costs to fix... Maybe they'll be nice given it seems to be a common issue, but we'll see.
They sound pretty Asian, but they've got an Australian office if that's what you mean..

Warranty doesn't mean much in Australia anymore - consumer law is now what the consumer reasonably expects the product or service will last for, hence a lot of businesses will bend over for faulty goods that aren't your fault. That and it's not worth the publicity in the age of social media for a couple hundred dollars.

Don't forget to update your "homebase" waypoint if you go mobile or camping with it. Guy we were with was about to pick his drone up at the end of a flight and low battery hit so it took off again and returned to the last waypoint a kilometre or so back where we came from.

Also I beat a drone in a rolling drag

I'll have another look for the receipt today, but if I can't find it they can blow me. I can't see them trying to weasel out of something that seems to be a pretty common problem for their laptops, and that shouldn't happen. Kunce should give me a new one for my inconvenience too

interesting.. certainly not reflected in our business financial hardship would be lucky to represent 1% of our sales and we are the #1 agency here

The implications in the article were that as rates rise, they are going to be some of the suburbs that are hit hard. They weren't saying that they are already having to get out or default.

time will tell.. seems unlikely though - The median individual income is $849 per week and the median household income is $1986 per week. The median rent in Point Cook is $350 per week and the median mortgage repayment is $2200 per month.

possibly slightly outdated but regardless does seem overly financially stressful.

Gross income... Take $10k per person tax and you have $1600 pw or $6,900 pm. less say $3,500 pm living expenses for a family with 2 kids & the aforementioned mortgage payment of $2,200 and you have a $1,200 pm surplus, while rates are sitting at ~4%.

Bump the rates to 6% and that surplus is reduced to ~$400 pm. That's only one unexpected bill away from $0. Not to mention this doesn't take into account car finance, personal loans, credit cards etc etc etc.

Meanwhile, in Narre Warren...

This is post-underquoting laws. Apparently comparable properties for a fully renovated 4 bedroom house means three shitholes with one less room or one less car space / no garage that sold 4+ months ago. Note the aerial shot used to hide any useful view of the property in question.

100 people turned up to this inspection and 72 contact details were taken. 13 offers submitted. When he called me for an offer he said it was already up to 555 and blamed the massive attendance on the owner tidying up the property a bit at the last minute.

Think I'll report the f**kers
