more to the point it's all based on maths...

some-one cracks the algorithm and it's worthless.

same as crypto we keep updating the algorithm's as older ones get weaker to attacks can bitcoin do the same?

What disturbs me about Bitcoin is how fast it's growing and how easily it could crash, all being hedged on future adoption
It seems to benefit a great deal from original and the best / household name syndrome like Google
But also seems to be the worlds biggest upramp
Good luck picking when to get off that train
I've been thinking about why it's so accessible for people.
I think because you can buy such a tiny fraction of the coin, there's a very small buy in wall to hold people back. It's not like a booming share that gets more expensive and harder to get in (therefore decreasing in daily volume).

Yes the currency itself is all maths. But is it so different to think that the money floating around online and on screens is so different?
So far the account creation and login requirements for my crypto wallets trump anything Commbank or HSBC use. (maybe not asking for a TFN, but certainly passport and drivers licence information)

I rather have Bitcoin crash on me than getting my car keyed! After 3 key lines, it seems the nuff nuff has very little arm strength as the 4th key he was bunny hopping...

Honestly, what's so fun about keying people's car???? Someone please elaborate for me!

Anyone know a good U.S mail forwarder for car parts? I want something and they don't ship to Australia.. they recommended one site but it was like $200 USD to forward as it's probably about a 20kg car part.

One of my other shares going ape shit the last week. Profit now more than covering my massive 88e losses

Tell us what it is so I can buy in and f**k up your luck for once

I did see Oil Search/Byron Energy/OEL been getting some news lately. Rising from their own news, but also oil price hitting 12month high. Not to mention Oil Search investing $400mil on the Alaskan north slope. and 88E securing more land earlier shows that they have their ears to the ground.

    • It's not a dumb question. I was circling this idea myself. User error is always possible!
    • Nope. The seal is in the drive. A new cable would just fill up and continue to convey oil to the speedo head. To check if this is what is happening, take the cluster out, dismantle the speedo and have a look. You probably don't even have to dismantle it. If there is oil coming up the cable, the drive into the speedo will be grossly greasy. I had to manually (and delicately) clean the gunk out of my speedo.
    • Thanks for the quick response mate, and I agree Nismo 555s, Z32 and high flow 2871 in OP6 housing (run by PowerFC) would all be "period correct" and should be a simple, reliable and reasonably quick track car.
    • It is normal for a speedo to read 0-10% high (unfortunately), intended by manufacturers and ADRs (although not in this case) to ensure your speedo does not read low if your tyres are worn. Speaking of which, what size tyres do you have on the rear, and what does they tyre placard say you should have? you can use this https://tiresize.com/calculator/ to determine what % difference that is causing Personally, when I buy tyres for a car I buy a size that will bring the speedo back to being more accurate; it if it reads 5% high I buy tyres that are 5% larger diameter. If you had an electronic speed sender like R33 onwards, the other option is to add a speedo adjuster but that won't work in R32. Finally, you  might be able to find a different sized gear for the speedo sender but that will be limited to what already exists (and I don't know what sizes do)
    • OK...so dumb question to check....do the hi beams actually come on when the push the stalk to engage them (keeping in mind your headlight switch must be at ON as well)
