That laptop isn't bad for the price, rip out the shit 1TB hard drive and put a SSD replacement in as well. 

 

So 4 months and they still haven't sold the place we are renting, hopefully they say f**k it and keep it for a bit longer. Asking way too much 890k for a 3 bed townhouse, yes its new but everything cheaply done and nothing special. 

You'd be nuts to buy that when you can still get a ~600sqm block in parts of Vermont with an old dumpish house on it for around the same, subdivision STCA.
