market cap of $2mil was changed to $250mil last minute. I dont get that. anyway, my measly $500 will wait till Oct.

my thoughts exactly, no f**ks given

I'd like to point out that E85 Scotty recently sold his yellow, stroked out evo, adding to the list of former evo owners.

However, the buyer was old mate Sunkist/Aaron...who previously owned a white one. I wonder how long it lasts in his hands...

Mate I give it a month before that flamin mongrel sells it

If I buy the supra I'd have to allow 2 years for Barry to build the bottom end

No, you would become a 2j fanboi that believes they can take 1000hp totally stock

Lol 2Js are better than RBs no doubt about that

but... 1000hp from a stock bottom end sure...

might only last a few thousand Ks though :)

He likes Toyotas more, it would prolly progress faster than an RB. I notice the Toyota blocks are always the most complete looking in the engine room haha

Shouldn't be much in the way of it besides Barry's daily work now. Machinist took ages with my block but that's done now, so onto the assembly and conversion. I've been told before end of the year so here's hoping.

Ahh really? I thought it was a complete engine ready to bolt in.. I'm guessing he's just giving it a freshen up with new bearings and what not?

Yep sort of. It was complete (head separated from engine, but intact nonetheless). Barry offered to pull apart the block, check and reassemble...I thought it would be stupid not to while it's out and it's a second hand engine. We found the head comp was way too high from being over machined and some of the machining on the block was rough, so he sent it off to get tidied up. It's added a lot of time to the project but very glad he found that shit before it gave me troubles in the car...
