Hey guys,

Building my R34 GTT up as a track car and have finnished off brake lines today. removed ABS etc.. and got the missus to help me bleed up the system and she was complaining that is has a heavy pedal i thought oh yeah what ever your used to your daily. Now i have hopped in and it is locked up all 4 corners pretty much.

Now when i removed the ABS module i did take for granted that the F and R on the ABS pump meant front and rear circuit so i have run my lines accordingly directly from the master. So the outlet on the master closest to the firewall is the front circuit and the outlet at the front of the master is the rear circuit(also has a 'R' in the casting)

now i have bleed up many cars no problem but what im wondering is with the abs pump is the 'R' line not rear is it actually a return? dont have the abs pump anymore so i cant have a look at it. Hopefully someone can shed some light on the issue otherwise it looks like i might need to go and get an R33 non ABS master cylinder.
