275s fit nicely as well . i wouldn't get RS3s unless your going to the track ,

will be annoying on the street with any semi slick .

I'm running 285/35 RS3's on my R34 & yeah it can be annoying ... But makes things interesting too

Probably should ask what you're going to use the car for lol.

Pretty much any good tyre with 265/35-275/35 width.

Potenza RE003 comes in 265/35/18 .

You'd have to live in the snow or the wet tropics for any semi-semi slick (like KU36 or RS3, etc) to be annoying. What's to annoy, apart from the noise? They stick like shit to a blanket, they work while they're still cold and work even better when they're warm. And they last a reasonable number of miles considering the price and how sticky they are.

If it's a daily then get something like Michelin PS3 or import the Super Sport.

If you only drive it on a sunny weekend, R-S3 will be fine.

BTW a mate of mine daily's his Evo8 with R-S3. Don't be a pusillanimous .
