I'm not a panel beater by any means but i don't think it's completely gone

That said, could be cheaper to buy a 2nd hand one and have it painted because those supports along the corner are also bent which may be hard to fix due to it being alloy as you've mentioned

Anything can be saved really. It is true aluminium is harder to work with for normal smash repairers.

the cost is going to just come down to how long it takes to repair and paint.

I would estimate definitely around the cost of a second hand bonnet.

I'll go against the grain. I don't think it can be saved at all.

IS that 2 cuts through the aluminium or just a serious crease?

If by chance it can the Cost of repair and paint will exceed the cost of buying 2nd hand and paint.
