Probably already a few of these threads but here is another.

I have resently installed a ca18 rad into my rb20 r32 and am having troubles with pressure inside the rad. There is no milky substance in the oil and im not losing coolant, but when I open my radiator cap after 24 hours since the car was last started, heaps of coolant spills out. Im pretty sure I have bled it properly. The radiator cap has a 0.9 on it and I cant find what the correct number for rb20det. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and what the corrrct cap is. Cheers

how low is the radiator compared to the engine?
is the overflow hooked up properly, does it flow propperly when running?

seems odd to spill out when cold, something is either holding pressure when the car turns off or the radiator top is lower than the rest of the system. both are odd.
