Clutch Engaging Problems

Hey everyone,

Just replaced my clutch/flywheel in my r32 gtr (push type) following the diy on here as a guide.

Started the car up and now its struggling to get into gears. It feels like every time i clutch in, it doesn't feel like its pushing enough? So it pretty much feels like im changing gears without clutching in.

After searching for similar problems on here, suggestions include to bleed the clutch and to adjust the clutch pedal which i haven't done yet

Just wondering if there were any other possibilities as to why this is happening?

Try adjusting pedal. Pedal may have been adjusted with your worn clutch at some stage and now it needs to go back the other way. Not hard to do and your best bet. Give it a go and let us know the outcome.

We had the same issue bleed the clutch at the master and slave.. If its still not 100% then adjust the pedal up

Just an update

Clutch bleed (from slave cylinder nipple)

Adjusted clutch pedal (turned clockwise or turned away from pedal)

Problem fixed!
