I run Ryco, i use the premium ryco ones but still cant be much different.

Forged engine and so on. No dramas at all

Not sure I'd use a Ryco Premium filter on an RB. I'm sure they're fine, but don't they sacrifice flow for filtration?

I use K&N filters, for the nut on the end more than anything else.

That's what had me worried abit as well and managed to get a good deal on a K@N for not much more than a premium ryco would've costed me they also look like bigger filters as well so more filtration and better flow.

What is a premium Ryco? What makes it so premium?

To be honest I'm not sure what makes it premium according to the sales person it's better than the standard and uses synthetic treated element for filter. Very informative link
