For sale is my 2002 Nissan Stagea 250t RS Four V NM35 wagon in champagne gold. It's a 2.5L V6 turbo (VQ25DET) AWD. Has 206KW from factory.

This car has been an absolute pleasure to own and drive and I am sad to let her go. I purchased the car in 2011 with 66,000Ks on the clock, it now has 106,800Ks. I am the second owner in Australia and apparently only one owner in Japan.

The following modifications were carried out by me during my ownership.

- Skyline V35 Brembo calipers (same as 350Z) front and rear. Calipers have been reconditioned, resprayed and heat treated in original Brembo gold. Looks brand new.

- Slotted and cross drilled brake discs (larger than standard) F&R.

- EBC Red stuff brake pads F&R. All brake upgrades are less than 10,000Ks.

- 350Z touring rims (Forged Rays) with Bridgestone Potenza RE002 235/40/18 all round.

- Bilstein suspension upgrade. Best handling upgrade for the M35 Stagea and lowers the car about 1.5 inches. Perfect stance in my opinion.

- 3” dump pipe & front pipe, high flow cat and Kakimoto R catback. Nice deep sound.

- Trust replacement panel air filter.

- Koyo aftermarket radiator. Thicker core than factory, more suitable to Australian heat.

- Alpine head unit and front splits (Type R), Jaycar 4 channel amp, Pioneer 6” in rear doors and Bose spare wheel well sub.

Body is in great condition. Had rear left door, rear left quarter panel and rear boot resprayed due reversing incident into parking pillar by previous owner. No major damage but scratches were noticeable. Other than that, no other accidents. Very clean, has some imperfections for a car that is 13 years old but nothing bad. Massive boot space.

Changed the spark plugs a little while ago with the recommended Denso Iridiums which costs $30 each and good for 150,000Ks. Chances are you will never need to replace them.

Car serviced every 5,000-8,000Ks at Chasers Motorworks at Footscray. Have a chat to Glenn about the car, he knows this car well.

Drives extremely well with no issues at all. Has plenty of power to play with. Always planned to track it with the mods but unfortunately never had a chance. Been a pleasure to own and will be sad to see it go after the time and effort spent on the car. Selling due to relocating overseas for work. Otherwise I would keep it.

Not on REVS and has no finance owing on it.

Price is $13,500 negotiable and is located at Point Cook, Melbourne.

Please call 0430 969 988 to discuss.

Cheers

    • Just a thought, but instead of restricting, is it possible to do like an "up for review" kind of thing? Where say someone who's not an admin/mod tags, it would require approval for it to actually tag? User posts with a 'tag' > Admin/Mod Reviews > Approves tag > Tag now exists kinda thing? Just came across this thread so Im not too sure if Im straying off topic or not but forgive me if i am...
    • Yes, a plan for non-action is always my first sort of plan! I'm happy to see what falls out of invision's update. I had been having some thoughts on what to do with this the other day and they all seem to have fled my memory, after various solar panel induced traumas, squeaking suspension sphericals, etc etc, over the last little bit. I'll try and recall what I had in mind and make sure that I put it into print in some form before the Alzheimer's strikes again.
    • The ability to have both a 5500 stall for launching, and a regular lockup for every other scenario is pretty sweet. Does it actually work well like that though in the real world? Would it hold up to track use and otherwise you'd never know you had a stall converter in it? If so, that's awesome
    • The thing is, once the content has been tagged we can chop and change the end result as much as we want. Its identifying the content in the first place that needs to be done regardless of the final outcome.
    • Sorry @GTSBoy I thought I'd replied here. There's a new BIG version of invision coming out soon, it might be worth waiting until that happens as it contains a lot of improved functionality for tags. My suggestion would be to add a top level page (not thread) with some info on it and then link to sub pages for various topics. We could even just start really simple with 2 or 3 pages underneath it. Those pages could just have a view (like a pre configured search result) of the tags we choose to put on it. We could have some background or an intro on each of these pages. My only issue is that while admins and mods can update the existing content to contain the tags we want, new posts can have whatever tags the author wants. That said, the reason our tags are so messy is because of that, so maybe we restrict tagging to admins/mods in edits.
