Hi All, I am hoping someone can help me with my Skyline GT250 2005. I had a flat battery failure and tried to jump start but failed because probably battery had died. I then connected another spare battery but mistakenly connected the wires incorrectly. Since then, it seems the electrical system is not working at all. Headlights, Immobiliser, Ignition nothing works. I called Racv and they replaced the battery thinking the battery was really flat but no luck. Can anyone please help me how I can fix it? Thanks

It could be the the fuses found in the IPDM relay box behind the battery, the 100A fuses found on the positive cable/terminal of the battery or your BCM being fried. Try checking IPDM fuses and the relays, then check the fuses on the positive cable/terminal. BCM is about $400 delivered via Amayama (plus $100 labour for Nissan Ferntree Gully to install and program the BCM to your keys).

The 2.5L doesn't have NATS does it? I thought only the 3.5L needed NATS key programming...

Anyway, I suspect by now it's either fixed or burnt out down a dirt road. :P

2001 to 2002 do not require programming. Only 2003 and beyond require NATS key programming. :)
