New R33 Owner.

Howdy.

Been unto toyotas most of my life, mostly older Corollas. Recently bought an AW11 but with 2 kids it just wasn't practical.

Anyway got offered a pretty good swap for a very tidy r33. The rest is history.

From what I know (which isn't much) it's a series 1.5 Rb25det. Mods are pretty basic, lowered springs, 400R front bar, Tommy Kaira wing, Nardi wheel, drift teks, boost tee, turbo timer, extreme HD button clutch, Nismo gear knob.

Here it is next to my aw11 the day I swapped.

After boosting it around for a bit pretending I didn't like it.

Actually really like the car. More than I expected. Not sure if it will turn into a love affair yet

It's definitely fun. But a different fun. Will take a bit to get used to the power and size. I know I'll miss the aw11 a lot but there's definitely worse things I could have traded for.

Just need a smaller rear spoiler.

I can imagine how different they are to each other! But, you're left with the better option.

World's different. It's nice driving something so comfortable for once though.
