If I get something like this and spray them then sikaflex them on will I need to blend in the edges and what not? Or do people just leave gaps there?

Would look way better blended in. Sikaflex might not hold it (might)

I don't wanna go all out and start respraying hole panels that's the problem. I thought about just riveting them on but you mentioned rust..which of course I don't want. I might just roll the guards for now but unsure of how shit it will look...or fix them and then roll
