I want to remove my airbag steering wheel, and raplace it with a non airbag one. The thing i'm trying to find out is, do i have to buy a boss kit that is hicas and airbag sensistive or can i just use a normal hicas boss kit and disable the airbag sensors some how. Can anyone shed some light on which way to go.

You have to get a boss kit that suits a air bag and hicas vehicle.

Non air bag cars have a different boss kit

I have done the same thing to my 95 gtst, removed the air big and fitted a momo wheel

I found Advan in Sydney to be the cheapest at about $220 for the boos kit.
