Please move this if it's in the wrong section, thanks

Hey guys,

Just wondering whether anyone else has encountered the same issue.

I currently have a z-tune (or Nismo style) carbon fibre bonnet on an R34 gtt.

Like this:

There's a drip tray attached under the bonnet, which is basically a tray that sits on the underside of the bonnet to catch any water that may seep through the vents in the bonnet. Basically the tray grooves downwards towards the engine bay, hence forfeiting engine bay room.

My issue is that after changing bonnets, the stock front strut brace does not correctly fit anymore. I'm about 85% sure it hits the drip tray when I close the bonnet.

Just wondering whether anyone has experienced this, or even has a resolution? 3 options come to mind: change back to the stock bonnet, create a custom brace, front sway bar (brace which sits under the car).

Seeing if anyone knows of any braces that can be purchased 'off the shelf' which would fit before considering the above.

The plenum doesn't help either haha:

Thanks
