How far from Newcastle are you? There is definitely no restriction with the 4 inch. Just need to return the bov's back into it and get a good quality filter.

I'm in Canley Vale, solid 2 hr drive away.

don't need the bov return or breather :)

I've got a 3" intake going to my 4" turbo, doesn't boogie well

Got some results, here is a dyno graph comparing the turbo that I took off. The red line was with stock wheels, the Green line with 19 inch wheels and 305 tyres.not sure if that would make a difference.

The actuator holds around 27 psi as shown, I wasn't expecting that so I need to get a lighter one to hook the boost controller back up.

It seems like the stock rb25 manifold is a restriction now so the next job is to make a decent one to see if we can get over the 400 hump.

Also the tune hasn't been adjusted for the different turbo as there wasn't enough time and I was only worried about it being safe to drive.

It drives great though. Can't wait to see what difference a good manifold will make.

I'm happy too that the internal waste gate works properly.

Looking forward to feedback thanks.

Very similar one with different housings and the next size up turbine. Still not a bad result from a $50 turbo.

Not the last one wouldn't make any more power with more boost so I don't know if this one would make the same on less boost than what it's running. Currently.

You should have gone external gate from the start, I have made 430+ on the stock exhaust manifold a few times now externally gated off the housing.

You could always run twin gates seeing that internal one won't open anyway. :)

You talking about my intake Johnny? Greg made 400kw through one in his auto, safe to say it will flow 450 odd. It's not like your turbo has a 4 inch compressor. :P
