Clutch Pedal Not Returning

1994 R33 gtst. I'm having a problem with my clutch pedal not returning and making it extremely difficult if not impossible to change gears at times. The problem only seems to occur on hot days.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers

For me this was broken spring in the master cylinder. Either rebuild the master with new spring and seal or replace it.

Look at the slave cylinder first.

I already did that search Hadouken, but you may have notice that none of the refer to ambient air temperature. I'm certain that the air temperature is having a major contribution to the problem. It only seems to be on days over 30°C.

What's the difference between ambient and air temp? Does the one not impact the other.

bleed your clutch fluid first, see if that fixes it

if not then unbolt gearbox and put an automatic in
