R32 Dash

The dash in my r32 gtr isn't in the best condition and I'm finding it very difficult to find a new one or good condition second hand one.

Has anyone on here had there's repaired from bubbles or can point me in the right direction...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I got quoted $1500 to reskin the dash if I take it out of the car myself.

So do you remove the current cover and replace it with the leather one?

Fair sure you just pull the dash and glue this over. I've seen it done before but imo it looks a little tacky.

Thought of flocking?

The only reason I want a new dash is because mine is warped around every vent hole from the heat

Flocking is expensive, but not $1.5k expensive. I did a sort of DIY kinda thing and stuck some fabric over the cluster bit to reduce the dash reflection in the windscreen. It looks tacky but does the job.
