Help Identifying This Specific Hose (rb25det)

Hello guys

I need help identifying what this hose i circled red is called and what does it do,

reason i ask is that this morning i drove my GTT on the highway and i instantly noticed a lost in power, my boost gauge shows my max boost today was only 4 PSI as before i ran 10 PSI all the time, i presume this hose is the culprit as it is teared a little bit a while ago to which i wrapped it around in that yellow sticky tape and clamped it together.

Blow off valve return.

Being bodgily fixed like that isn't your issue though, that hose sees no boost.

Save yourself a lot of time and make up a pressure tester. Leaks can be hard to find.

hehe, i fixed the issue of losing PSI, i just reset my ECU by disconnecting the battery and now running at 10 PSI again....

What gives?

My car did funny stuff after fitting then removing an atmo bov (back when it was stock and i was cool) and i messed around with everything. Reset the ECU then it was back to normal
