From my understanding it's all of them cause it's to do with the euro standards

It appears to be that the software issue is certainly Worldwide, the emissions cheating issue has only played out in the US due to tighter emissions controls... so in Australia, the only impact on resale value is peoples perception of the brand due to the scandal.

I wonder if the software update is to remove the emissions test tune, or if it's to remove the road tune? i.e. leaving you with less power for the sake of lower emissions?
