Different Serial Number On Ecu For R33

Hi guys! Is there any problem if I put an ECU with different serial number but the same characteristics in my R33 ? Because I want to buy a second hand and put a chip in there -> http://www.ebay.com.au/ulk/itm/191744996230 it's just in case if I broke it![emoji13]

What they are saying is don't do it. Mail order chips are a lottery and you should save up for an aftermarket ecu or a Nistune solution
