Hi,

It seems like my Audio system in my R34 25 GT model is not working. I am planning to buy a new audio system. But when I opened the system today, the wiring system seems to be different. Also the stereo plug had 2 pins.

What should I do now? Should I take to the mechanic to rewire the audio sys†em?

My stereo used to die from time to time as well, but for me the problem fixed itself after I disconnected the battery terminals and reconnected them after a couple of minutes. Are you sure your unit is broken?

So my stereo stopped working last night. Just 5 minutes ago I disconnected the negative terminal, left it off for a couple minutes and put it back on. Stereo works fine now. You ought to try it before buying a new one.
