Pulsing Exhaust Sound At Cruise Speed - Help!

Hi All,

Hoping to get some info on something ive noticed recently. When driving from around 50kph and above, I appear to be getting a pulsing sound from the exhaust (revs around 2-3000rpm). Its not from the engine itself, as revs and power delivery are normal, its more of an annoying pulsing sound that sounds shit, to be honest.

For reference my car is modified and for airflow its - sports panel air filter, aftermarket dump pipe, nismo front pipe, high flow cat, 3 inch customer exhaust ending with a VT muffler, which has a flap that opens fully on high acceleration.

Has this happened to you? any ideas?

Weld plate over exhaust outlet, see if that fixes issue.
