R32 Knee Rest Removal

Hey guys, has anyone ever removed the optional knee rests from the door card on a r32? I've taken the 3 bolts off the back but it isn't budging.

The ones that I have removed also had double sided tape between the pad and the door trim. How hard it will be to remove depends on how old the tape is and therefore how dry it is. I have used a spatula to pry it apart at a corner and then slowly work your way across the pad to carefully remove it without damaging the door card.

Yeh was thinking it's going to be taped on as well not fussed about the door card more about the rest haha
