Cleaning Out Coolant Tips?

Hi guys,

I was thinking of giving the S2 Stagea a coolant clean out.

I got some Tectaloy Mukowt Radiator flush.

Do you only release coolant from tap at bottom of radiator?

How do you bleed it?

I suppose you gotta wait for coolant to cool down before releasing it?

Any tips please?

Theres a drain plug on the lower part of the engine block, turbo side.

Its a bit late now that you've bought the flush, but I think its a waste of time and effort, since you should probably drain the whole block if you're adding a cleaner.

Giving the motor a good run at higher rpms should shake up a bit of extra sediment in the coolant, then just drain the radiator from the bottom radiator plug. You shouldnt even need to raise the car to get to the plug.

Refill with coolant and demineralised water.
