I hope you guys aren't using those cheap knockoff MAP sensors off Ebay.

The Greddy MAP sensor is the most important part of the Emanage tune, and knockoff sensors seem to be the cause of an engine failure or two.

Seconded. My cheap sensor is junk up top. Very noisy on boost. Varies 4-5psi. I feel this has a lot to do with the plenum pulses. A HPX-N1 MAF would be my preferred option. Since resolution would be more than enough and plenum pulses wouldn't be a factor. Map filtering works but gives lazy response (worse than MAF response due to the inlet track)

Hi All,
As promised here is a copy of my install notes. Water temp is external as I found the OEM sensor signal to skew when tapped.

Innovate LC-2 wide band is used for narrow band emulation and EMU autotune

Vehicle setup: VQ25DE OR VQ35DE
Speed pulse: TBA(think it was 16pulse, 21% correction)

If someone has spare time and wants to put this info in a neat spreadsheet please go ahead.

Matt
