Exhaust Manifold Flange Grinding/surfacing

Does anyone know or recommend anyone in Sydney who can surface/grind my exhaust manifold flanges ?

I want to make sure they are all 100% dead flat and also il do my rear housing t4 flange aswell

If anyone knows anyone please let me know as I can't seem to find anything

Any cylinder head place any engine shop any machine shop etc etc lot of people have surface grinders

Ghetto? Sandpaper taped to glass. Did a Holden 202 oil pump housing that way when i was a povo student. Actually worked well.

Did my slant 6 manifold the same way. Ha ha. Those were the days.

To re-surface the manifold, you will need two jigs holding both surfaces dead solid and flat on a milling machine before running surface cutter over them. I've got those jigs to for my Brae high mount years ago, that should be able to hold yours. If you can't get them done locally we are able to take your job.

Have you tried a straight edge and a set of feeler gauges? They may be fine already.

find someone with a belt sander that's longer than the entire manifold.. last resort

Its been a while now. Pay for a courier and send it to Hypergear if you want it done by the book.
