What government restrictions are there in place with regard to radial proximity, privacy, elevation etc?

Perhaps a link? I've only spotted USA stuff so far.

Twas a Phantom 3.

I think that the Phantom 4 has a few extras eg Proximity Sensor to a solid object.

I'm not qualified but I think it Phantom 4 is a good way to go.
