I replaced the turbo on my rb25det with a rebuilt one started it up and i have clouds of white smoke chugging out!

i checked and made sure the oil restrictor was in and then when i re started it i noticed liquid coming from the exhaust housing on the turbo where it bolts to the exhaust manifold.
I unbolted the turbo and dropped it down slighty and ran the car, there was bursts of white smoke coming out of the right hand flange port so i assume its something to do with piston 4,5 or 6.

The car was recently compression tested and it had almost perfect compression across all cyclinders, i checked the oil for milkyness and it was clean.

Can anyone please shed some light? thanks
