Interesting idea... should have a fair whack of torque down low, but of course, it wouldn't keep up with a turbo.

Still... an RB30 na in a light R32 would be definitely fun. :)

Yep i,ve done the rb25de n/a head conversion on my rb30de .

its in my very ordinary 1987 red skyline wagon . did conversion in march this year . as yet it hasnt been on dyno . its done 15.1 sec @ 92 mph 1/4 mile ( this was before i had the fuel pressure sorted out ) . using rb25de pistons in the rb 30 gives me 10.5 -1 compression . has bored out to 68 mm xf falcon throttle body , and extractors , using the standard cams with the v.c.t. hooked up . still sorting out fuel and have bought a set of rb25de turbo injectors to put in . also have bought a sc14 super charger but will start on that later in the year .
