What boost is safe and what can I run to happily give it a squirt? It has a boost/dty controller.

Have a greedy intercooler, 800cc injectors, bosch 044 fuel pump ect.

What boost can I run stock internals?

'at least 2' still allows for 3 or more!!

just keep turning it up until the ect blows. ect's are cheap and you will have your answer =)

I always like to tune dose to boost ratio, add boost to gain maximum dose. Once you've reached maximum dose turn it down 2x points.

I'll be nice and let you know a small part of where you went wrong in your post.

We don't even know what car you are talking about or what engine is in it. That's your first error...

There are so many variables that come into play so you might want to do some searching first and come up with a specific question if you really cant find any info, but try first =)

For example 800cc injectors implies you have a massive turbo. So what kind of turbo do you have? Have you got an aftermarket ecu? Does your car go? What boost are you running now? Have you got a forged and balanced RB30?

usually people divide the injector by 20.

I'd suggest 40psi and then back it off a few pounds if the tyres are too skittish

OK time to be serious, you can't really say how much boost can I run on stock internals.

I personally put about 25psi into my motor but I run a turbo that needs that much boost to deliver the outcome I need.

If I ran a larger turbo and put the same amount of boost into my stock motor it would end up in a pile of scrap metal.
