R34 Factory Petrol Gauge Output Range?

Excuse the possible incorrect descriptions.. I have a 1998 RS4 AWD Stagea (on straight LPG) which is having issues getting the factory petrol gauge to read correctly. I need to find out the factory output range for the petrol tank / gauge for a series 2 Stagea like mine. I know one of you geniuses out there will know this.. My LPG guy said it might be 10 to 85 or something like that.. ?

umm you would hope the LPG guy would be familiar with how to test the float in the tank to get the answer.

32 GTR is 6ohm Full, 80ohm empty.

I couldn't find the same data in the stagea manual but it is most likely the same.

But frankly, they should take the float out of the tank and test the resistance and full and empty to confirm

I believe that the gas gauge unit on the car when I bought it was a bit dodgy, and with no petrol tank there to test, they didn't know where to start.

As the gas guy looking at it originally was suggesting 10 to 80, it makes sense from your numbers as to why the gauge showed between super full and mostly full.
