R33 Gtst Won't Start With Maf Connected

Hey guys

Need some help Please, my 96 r33 won't start with the maf sensor plugged in.

Just purchased my first r33, it up cut out a few times on the side of the road lost revs but got it home and now.

Car will run with it disconnected but won't rev cause it odviously doesn't know how much airs going in so it can't determine how much fuel to put in.

I did the check eng diag and it's telling me maf

I've swapped the maf with a known working one but yeah still no good, I tried to test continuity back to the ecm on pin 26/27 with no luck is there any way I can jump wire the ecm back to the maf to make sure I'm getting a good earth or where it the maf earthed out (ecm?

Have a good look at the plug. If its ok and you're real keen look at the pinouts and run wire directly from the ecu to the maf to eliminate the wires as a problem. If you have a mate handy swap out the ecu in case its the ecu or just the pins in the plug.
