Changing Front Wheel Hub

So front wheel bearing is noisy as hell, is changing the hub a fairly straight forward task? Looking at buying the item in the pic below unless someone can recommend a better product that isn't expensive.

As it doesn't have the hub it's not an easy task!

I'd pay the extra for a genuine bearing but you will need a press if you get it without the hub.

Yea I might try and find one with a hub to save some hassle. Will see what I can find and for how much.
