Asking $12,000 ono

Please PM asking for phone number or reply in here with any questions.

Sadly it's time to move on from my R32 and move onto something else. The car should pass a roadworthy easily enough but there is a few minor things that need doing which is mainly paint related and will be listed in "The Bad" section so I am selling unregistered and as is unless I get to paint shop and everything to get the minor stuff sorted and then the asking price will go up a bit.

I will edit this area as I remember more information.

Car history:

I purchased the car in 2007 with around 93,000km (will confirm numbers shortly) and it currently only has 109,000kms on it. It was meant to be a weekend car but really as you can tell by the kms on it that it didn't even really get taken out on the weekends too much.

Has had all of the heater lines replaced with 90% genuine Nissan hoses (I think there is only 2 that aren't Nissan ones beside the top and bottom radiator hoses) and a lot of up keep on it to keep it running its best as I mentioned I'm not a boy racer I just love the R32 and wanted to keep her performing her best. Only ever run on BP 98 octane (except for the first day I got it which it got a 98 Shell fuel), Royal Purple oils and Nissan Coolant. I have receipts for a lot of the major parts on the car and from ERD when it got the 100,00km service to show dates (was in April 2012 so it has only done around 9000kms in 4 years).

Exterior:
Do Luck front and rear bar (front bar broken but new unpainted on provided) with VS style side skirts.
Nismo LMGT3 17X7 +31 and 17x8 +38 (will double check offset).
Nismo long lug nuts
Rays valve caps
LED Tail Lights
New windscreen

Interior:
Momo Steering wheel
Works Bell Boss Kit
Apexi Boost Gauge
SAAS handbrake cover
Nismo leather shifter
Leather shifter and handbrake boots
Genuine Skyline floor mats
New c-pillar trims
Chrome rings around instrument cluster gauges
Blue lights for instrument cluster and A/C
Alpine CD/MP3 player with Type S 6.5 splits and 6x9 rears
New headlight switch and indicator switch
Aircon WORKS!!!

Engine, Exhaust, and Gearbox:
Higher flowing fuel pump (can't remember what one)
Heater hoses replaced
Trust heavy duty timing belt
Trust Front Mount with JJR Intercooler piping
R34 Neo Turbo with R32 Actuator
Tomei 3" dump pipe
GT1 Motorsports split front pipe
Kakimoto Full Mega Rev Exhaust
Venom 3" high flow cat
New oxygen sensors
New exhaust rubbers
Apexi Pod Filter
Koyo Radiator
Falcon twin thermo fans controlled by digital controller in cabin.
N1 water pump
Nismo thermostat
New water temp (ECU and Gauge) sensors
Nismo Radiator Cap (1.3 Bar)
Nismo S-Tune oil cap
Trust Magnetic sump plug
NGK IRITOP 7 spark plugs
HKS Oil Filter
Heavy Duty clutch
Short shifter

I have receipts for some parts that are included and the receipt from the 100,000km service.

Spare parts included in sale but not installed:
Do Luck front bar (unpainted and 98% ready for fitting)
Apexi N1 Coilovers (unknown condition)
R32 ECU with Nistune (haven't had a chance to install and tune)
Front and rear door trims (ok condition)
New Cometic exhaust gasket
New nissan exhaust studs (x12)
Uncut Nissan key
R32 Turbo
R32 Stock tail lights
R32 stock rear bumper
R32 fuel float/pump cradle
What ever other spare R32 stuff I have floating around.

The Bad:
Paint needs some love as there is a small dent in passenger side rear quarter and a small bit of rust around the window (not even 5 cent piece size) in the same area. Also drivers side rear quarter needs some attention from an old repair. As mentioned needs the new front bar on and painted and there is some little marks in the paint here and there.

The boot trim isn't really stuck into place but its there, I was going to do a stereo install so it never really bothered me but like driving the car it was something I never really got a chance to do.

Now you are more than likely looking at the price thinking its on the higher end of R32 values these days but I am open to offers and remember this isn't some car that has been destroyed by some side cap throwing a bunch of Chinese ebay parts on it to try and go sideways to impress his 15 year old friends so your 6-8k offer really doesn't interest me.

Currently has rego so can be taken for test drives but selling unregistered and as is. Honestly it should pass a roadworthy easily enough I personally would just prefer to see the little paint issues sorted first and if I get the time I will get that done and price will become firm.

Just cleaned out the shed to find out what spare parts in there so some other things that aren't listed in the ad included the stock dump pipe, front pipe and cat, headlights, GTR bonnet catch, new door hinges and a bunch more.

    • They see me rollin' they hatin'....... Took me most of the day to make the necessary mods to the mounts to make them fit the car.  Fortunately I was able to just use the mounts that came with the rotisserie. The rear ones are really secure, the front I feel i might reinforce a bit more as it doesn't seem like enough attachment to the vehicle. I'm sure it's fine but better to be safe than (extremely...) sorry.  I drilled and tapped thread into additional M12 holes to each car mount where it attaches to the rotisserie as an extra fail-safe. Without them the side to side movement is just restricted by the allen head pinch bolts, nothing actually goes though the beam. Does now! I still need to adjust the rotisserie to get the car centred in terms of centre of gravity. If it's too high or too low relative to the rotational centre line of the car, it will be like a turtle and roll onto its back or as it currently sits, I dont think I'd be able to rotate it as it sits as it needs to lift the whole car up as it rotates. Ain't happening... I'm going to be nervous as hell the first time I go to spin it on its side...
    • Oh yes done this when the window started flopping around.  Turns out the guides that run along the rail chanel had crumbed way. Took off the door card and pulled out the window mech, then the window, which you have to pull out through the top. As said unbolt the guide rail and don't spend 30 minutes getting frustrated trying to find a way to slide it out upwards cause that don't frigging work. Drop it down and out through the door hole. All I did to repair it was slice some 10mm clear plastic tube, vertically, then screw it to the guide rail both sides. This tubing rolls inward on both sides and leaves a gap wide enough to hold the window. To finish all I did was lube the plastic tube with olive oil and Bob's your uncle . . . well if he has the operation he can be your Aunt ! !  10 bucks in plastic tube and another 5 minute job done again . . . . YEH BULLSH#T ! My love for Skylines knows no bounds !
    • So was there a solution to this problem? I’m having this issue now.
    • not expensive, just irreplaceable if you don't go sub 60 at wakie in that thing people will start talking
    • I haven't replaced that, but I have had the doors apart on the r32 a couple of times The door skin will be held on by a combination of clips and bolts, just take it slowly and make sure all the sneaky hidden bolts are out Once the skin is off you should be able to pop that piece off pretty easily, looks like there are only 2 bolts holding it on
