Is Having No Clutch Fan Shround Defectable?

Hey everyone was just wondering if anyone out there would have any knowledge about this? I currently have no fan shroud over my clutch fan and am wondering if I got pulled over would it be something I could get defected for, I live in Brisbane QLD by the way, cheers.

Probably not but it won't cool very well without it.

Probably not, but you might as well take the fan off as it's doing almost nothing without the shroud in place.

Anything can be defected, it's up to you to either prove it's not in court or fix it and clear the defect after the fact.

I bet since it is a Skyline there are other things that they would notice and issue a defect for first and then not even notice that it doesn't have a fan shroud.
