Dont waste your money on an inferior Ti Tomie expreme when you can have the best Ti quality exhaust on the market for a low price of $1500. No drone, stock sound when below 4k, enjoy the different tones as it moves up the rev range. Then when on WOT this thing absolutely screams like an f1 car. People on the street will think there world is about to end when you fly past them, destroying there eardrums at the same time. Over $3000 when new. Proper quality titanium with a very unique sound. You wont have any problem with the cops when cruising around town with this thing.

One small ding as you can see in pics, nothing to worry about.

$1500

Midori Ti front pipe. Needs no explanation. Been on the car for approx 5000km. Still new condition.

$900

Parts are located in Melbourne. Prefer local sale but lets see how we go

Sizes are

3.25in on the Ganador exhaust. Free decat chucked in as well lol

80mm for the Midori front pipes

Comfortably supported 330kw at the wheels.

Reason for selling is because I went to a custom 4in racepace exhaust

I have this exact same exhaust on my car. I can vouch that on WOT is screams like a Ferrari. During normal driving it sounds smooth without the drone. Best exhaust i have owned. Surprisingly it was purchased from another member on SAU who was also convinced by race pace to upgrade to a larger exhauat to make more power. After purchasing and fitting the new exhaust it car made an extra 6kw at top end. He was disappointed but didnt want to spend the extra money refitting the ganador exhaust back on so he sold it to me.

Thanks mate yeah it really is an awesome exhaust. Very unique and not well known to a lot of people, I would always get compliments on the sound. What setup did your friend have? I gained 65kw changing to the race pace exhaust. I was very reluctant to change as I love the sound so much, so it was left to the very end. With -5 and 2.8 if maxed out at 330kw. Changed to race pace and it jumped to 395kw.

Sold to me, cheers Dimi, I sold him the NUR with the exhaust, now I am glad to buy it back for street GTRs

Thanks Alex, glad to know its back in your hands

I'm not sure on his exact setup, but I remember he had a HKS v-cam!

The Exhaust that he upgraded to (recommended by Race pace) was the Tomei Expreme Ti 100mm/4"

Did Race pace fabricate a new exhaust for you? is it titanium? how many bananas do they charge?

Did the Midori front pipe sell as well?

Oh nice. Na racepace didn't recommend any of those exhausts as they believe they are too restrictive. I went for the full turbo back system custom fabricated in stainless steel, 4 inch. Its a proper straight through 4in. The front pipe is the same design as the mines gtr (tuned length i believe). Honestly i was a bit hesitant at first and thats why it was the last thing done to my build. The exhaust however is a work of art and it didn't just make more top end power but response also improved and made the power come on more linearly. Im very happy with it.

    • You shouldn't need to massively fatten up the mixtures for cold conditions. For one thing - 0°C is not that cold. For another, the Haltech will be using the IAT sensor to tell it how dense the air air, and calculate the correct amount of fuelling. Then the cold start enrichment is added as a % on top of that, so it should scale with the main fuelling. You might also doubt the IAT sensor at this time. You're not using one from an RB26 are you? Using a nice Bosch sensor or similar? Happens. Some wideband units take great pleasure in killing their sensors. Put another wideband in the tailpipe and compare. Or just swap the sensor to a brand new one and see.
    • Oh, my misunderstand. When the car was running, it sounded ok, but if I gave it any gas it wanted to die but caught itself afterwards. It's very different from how it was a couple months ago when it was warmer outside. The logs show that the AFRs are better during, what I assume, is warmup enrichment. Because it's cold, and air is more dense, should I work on the enrichment bit?
    • yess of course im not using 2nd hand parts from my spare engine, but the place where i live is hard to find parts for the RB20DET ,but for the RB20E is everywhere including new ones and a lot cheaper ,because for the RB20DET you have to order it overseas to get one and it cost a lot of money 3x the price to be exact. so i ask this topic because if i can use the new ones but for RB20E is it compatible or not. if not im screwed haha, not totally screwed but i have to save a lot of money first before i can begin repairing my engine, thanks for the information before.
    • Unless my sensor just died, was only a couple months old, I strongly believe it didn't. How can I test it? I never mentioned it being 20:1+?
    • Well, you wouldn't use 2nd hand bearings out of another engine anyway....so just buying the proper bearings is obviously what you're going to do. The crankshaft would be common. The conrods might be common. There is essentially nothing else you would be able to use.
