Sourcing RB25DET Neo???

To start with...Hi Everyone!!! Be nice, Im new

Does anyone know where I can find an RB25DET Neo? I have just imported an R32 GTS-T and I am looking at selling my mate my RB20DET to put in his 260Z and then putting a Neo into my car. So I will need engine/gearbox etc. Has anyone done this? Did you DIY or get it done professionally? How much did it cost? On average how much $$$ for an Neo engine/gearbox package?

I'd go for an RB25 from something a little older for ease of conversion.

what about the neo makes the conversion harder to do than an rb25 from a r33?? are the r33 engines alloy?
