Which Spark Plugs For Setup?

Im going to be upgrading my setup for a holset he351 in the coming weeks and was just wondering which sparkplugs to use. i want the say i currently have the normal copper heat range 6? for running stantard turbo at about 13psi. with a set of newer stock coilpacks.

Only reason im not sure what about whats in the car is because im currently overseas and dont have it in front of me and am trying to plan ahead.

To buy plugs you just go to a shop, it's hardly something that you have to plan ahead for.

6 heat range is fine

Depending on just how much power you are looking for you have more to worry about than spark plugs - such as a tunable ecu, bigger injectors, afm, exhaust, intercooler, fuel pump...
