Carbon Wrapping Interior Bits.

Hey guys!! Has anyone wrapped their interior plastic bits in carbon wrap, like the center console etc?? Does anyone know anyone who does it in Melbourne.

Something similar to the pics below but I prefer the mat look.

are you talking cheap vynal wrapping, or actually getting cf overlayed? why not get in the group buy thread and see if they do the parts you want in proper CF reproduction.

Hmmm I thought the vinyl wrapping was the only option and pretty good.

Each to their own but I hate carbon wrap. For me it's real carbon or nothing. They never look even remotely good so why bother. That applies to wrap, dip, whatever.

I did an r34 gauge holder with cf overlayed. looked ok.

Agreed. I bought a roll of this CF-lookalike wrap on eBay just to try wrapping the centre console garnish piece on my R33 and it look really cheap. Maybe I didn't know what I was doing but it just looked cheap.

it is cheap... its a big sticker.

I don't believe that it is just a contact or sticker, my believe is that you also have to apply heat like shrink wrap unless there is a product that is like a contact
