A car having a miss is generally a cylinder (or number of) not firing, mainly due to lack of spark. It can be caused by plugs, coil packs or the general tune.

thanx for the advice...i read that and its not exactly what im refering too...under load its aokay just at idle it would be brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrRrrrrrrrr :) mechanics and tuners refer to it as a miss! i ask them can it be reticified and they avoid the question sort of.....saying it could be this or that or this so thats why im curious :)
