Tomei Baffle Kit

I'm piecing together a 32 gtr and have a modified sump with a tomei baffle kit.

Has anyone used this kit as I'm a little concerned about the rubber flaps inside?

Or am I worried about nothing.?

Yeah both Mark and I ran them for years back when we had to use standard size sumps for circuit racing and targa. The rubber never showed any issue, there are many other rubber parts like seals in the oil system

At a rough guess the sump would maybe 8lt or so. Will be worth a try then.

Car will mostly be for the street, but a few track days here and there

Can the tomei baffle with slightly modified sump (bigger returns etc.) Really alleviate oil control/blowby issues rather than going an extended sump (6.5l - 9l)?

Car is predominately streed based but want it to be track capable without too much worry.

The baffle kit helps work on oil surge - the blowby problem manifests itself in the head of the motor (Which is where the bigger returns get drilled out so not sure what you mean there) - so no, it doesn't help like you'd hope.
