Fluttering R33

Car is losing s tone of power

If im in just cruising no problem

But when I put the foot down it flutters and I seem to lose power

I had this problem in another car and it was the cat that was the problem

I took took the cat off and it seemed fine

No breaks

Could it be internally in the cat or something else stuck in the exhaust

Or what else could it be

R+R, a/m BOV, fuel starvation, ==== get it tuned and sorted, and get a garage that does Skylines to do it.

Fluttering under load is a bad bad thing, compressor surge. Don't drive it, get it tuned or you will destroy ur turbo amongst other things.
