Rb20de R32 Not Starting (video)

i got this 32 for 1.5k just to basically restore... it always has a rough time starting since i took the valve covers off to paint and put back on lol...no more start

in fact its doing something ive never seen before it seems as if its turning over then stops for a split second and tries again although im holding the key down.

If you happen to know how to fix this or just have some advice for me id be happy to know.

Check your timing. Has your battery got enough grunt? Tried charging it or jump starting it with another battery?

Battery is good, fully charged it as well i also tried with jump pack still no luck.

Sounds like you timing belt has slipped, check the marks on the harmonic balancer
